DIRECTIONS FROM I-5 (North or South)

Take Exit 177, Highway 104 to Edmonds.

Head West on Highway 104 (244th St. SW) for approximately 1 mile.

Tak exit ramp at sign reading "WA-99 North - Everett/Lynnwood."

Turn right onto Highway 99, heading north.

Go through one traffic light.

The Sunset Building is on the east-side of Highway 99, just north of the Family Pancake House and across from the Safeway shopping center.

PARKING: There is limited parking in the front and ample parking in the rear.
